Note Giant offers a full validation of notes. This process includes an appraisal review, title search, credit report, flood certification and underwriting.
Appraisal Review: insures that the stated appraised value is consistent with the current market conditions. Title Search: to verify seller of the note is on title and title is clean. Credit Report: to verify the credit scores of the sellers. Flood Certification: to verify whether the property is in a flood zone or not. Underwriting: gathering all the personal information on the seller of the note, income documentation, tax returns, assets, ect... *Select each item you would like to validate, one at a time. For example, select "credit report" and hit submit. If you still want to add more items to be validated, go back to the validation page and select the remaining items.
