A Flood Certification will certify whether or not the property is in a flood zone. This way the buyer will know if Flood Insurance is needed. Underwriting involves verification of mortgage or rent and verification of employment. **The buyer of the note has the option to pay for the validation of each note or you may request to have the seller pay for the validation.
